Feature Staircase for 320 Park Avenue
When Mutual of America enlisted TPG Architecture to design a feature staircase for their iconic corporate offices at 320 Park Avenue, Jaroff Studio was commissioned to bring the vision to life. The result is a stunning staircase featuring smoked glass guardrails paired with leather-wrapped handrails. Complementing this design, we also fabricated a striking three-story feature wall that cascades from the ceiling down to a fountain at the base of the two-story staircase, creating a seamless blend of elegance and function.
