Cast Bronze Marquees for Landmark Building, 1987
Fabrication, Installation

We collaborated with architect James Polshek in the restoration of this New York City landmark. Our work included fabricating period-inspired marquees that would match the façade and style of those that have welcomed performers and audiences to the renowned venue since 1891. Casting them in dark bronze, we focused on capturing the fine craftsmanship of traditional ornamental metalwork from that era with decorative forged metal details, while incorporating the renovated halls’ new names.
